A história deste avião está contada aqui, aqui e aqui. Confesso que nunca me interessei por estes sets, mas esta história de recuperar o set deu-me muito gozo e ainda para mais, a minha filha volta e meia vai buscar o avião e brinca com ele e eu passei a achar que este set tinha potencial.


Assim, rendi-me às evidências e lá me dediquei a fazer umas histórias com ele. Nesta, ainda o set estava muito incompleto e nesta, já estava completo e quando tirei as fotografias estava um bocadinho céptica quanto ao resultado.

This plane's history is told here, here and here. This type of set never cought my interest really. But it was a challenge to recover it and i enjoyed it a lot. Thus, my daugther plays with it noe and then, and somehow i began to look at it as it got some potential.


Therefore, i started to take a couple of pictures and done two storys: in this one, the set wasn't complete yet, and in this one, i was skeptic about the final result.

  Estas figuras chegaram da Alemanha há algum tempo. Acho-as lindas, mas de facto ainda não as tinha fotografado, nem tinha ainda uma ideia de que história haveria de sair. Por isso, foram ficando pra trás... até agora !  These figures arrived from Germany some time ago. I think they're beautiful, but I hadn't actually photographed them yet, nor did I have any idea what story would come out of it. So, they kept getting pushed aside... until now !

  Um segue a bordo como passageiro. Vai visitar os avós que não conhece numa terra longínqua. O outro não tem outro remédio senão acompanhar o pai, tripulante do navio, pois não tem nem família nem morada certa, onde ficar. São as únicas crianças a bordo, por isso, é natural que se tenham entendido rapidamente. Entretém-se com o que podem, procurando não atrapalhar as manobras de navegação, brincando ao que conseguem, com o que têm à mão.  A tripulação ora os enxota quando há mais para fazer, ora se enche de uma infinita paciência e lhes vai ensinando nós, a coser velas, ou a pescar, quando as tarefas a bordo o permitem. Mas o que eles querem mesmo é subir ao cesto da gávea e isso ainda não conseguiram convencer ninguém a fazer. Esperam convencer o capitão a deixá-los subir, num dia em que o vento sopre manso e o mar esteja de feição! One is on board as a passenger. He's going to visit the grandparents he doesn't know in a faraway land. The other has no choice but to accompany...

Há fotografias que nem sempre correm bem. Esta tinha tudo para dar certo: um bobo da corte e um castelo, mas o enquadramento não saiu bem e lá se foi a história que já estava a imaginar na minha cabeça. E depois há aquelas que até resultam e que conseguimos concretizar a história que imaginámos !    Some photographs just don't always turn out well. This one had everything going for it: a court jester and a castle, but the framing wasn't right, and there went the story I was imagining in my head. And then there are those that actually work, and we manage to bring to life the story we imagined !
