Um patrão difícil | A difficult boss

O Barbas é o dono da traineira de pesca, ganha-pão da Julieta e o Justino. Ele já tem a sua conta de horas de mar, mas faz questão de os receber todas as manhãs e verificar com atenção o fruto do trabalho deles. O Barbas é quem lhes compra o peixe, que vai directamente para a mesa dos clientes do restaurante que agora possui. O Barbas é exigente com a Julieta e com o Justino, não só porque ambos aprenderam com ele, mas também porque o restaurante do Barbas tem a reputação de ter o melhor peixe da região. E ele é implacável: peixe que não está nas melhores condições, ele não compra.

A Julieta e o Justino têm uma vida dura, mas que ambos adoram. Têm um patrão difícil, mas que lhes ensinou tudo o que havia a saber sobre o mar e que os fez ter o sucesso que têm hoje. Enquanto outras traineiras têm dificuldade em ter tripulação, a Julieta e o Justino têm sempre candidatos disponíveis para trabalhar com eles, sempre que precisarem.

Feito o negócio e depois de acondicionado todo o peixe negociado, aguarda-os agora o merecido descanso. 

 

Barbas is the owner of the fishing trawler, which is Julieta and Justino’s livelihood. He already has his own number of hours at sea, but he makes a point of welcoming them every morning and carefully checking the fish. Barbas is the one who buys their fish, which goes directly to the tables of the customers of the restaurant he now owns. Barbas is demanding with Julieta and Justino, not only because they both learned from him, but also because Barbas’ restaurant has a reputation for having the best fish in the region. And he is ruthless: he does not buy fish that is not in the best condition.

Julieta and Justino have a hard life, but one that they both love. They have a difficult boss, but he taught them everything there was to know about the sea and made them the success they have today. While other trawlers have difficulty finding crew, Julieta and Justino always have candidates available to work with them, whenever they need.

Once the deal is done and all the fish that was negotiated has been stored, they will now enjoy a well-deserved rest.
